Sophie and I are running 5k a day for Mental Health Awareness Week.  Not many of you may know but Sophie has suffered with her Mental Health over the last few years, so this is something which is very close to our hearts.  So many suffer in silence, this is why Mental Health Charities are so important.  The most important healing process is just to talk, if you are having a bad day reach out and tell someone, family member, friend, colleague, ring a help line, anyone!!!

Sophie and I have chosen 5k which will be a huge challenge for us as i suffer from sciatica and various other aches and pains and Sophie well she doesn't run unless it's to the sales haha, so we thought we would make it feasible as it's going to be daily but none the less it will be a challenge for us.
