Last year I was diagnosed with a benign low grade brain tumour, which due to its location is inoperable. Unfortunately in the past few weeks I have discovered that it has become malignant and is now classed as a more agressive tumour which has turned our world upside down.

On September 15 th I am starting a six and a half week course of intensive radiotherapy (33 days to be precise hence the name of the challenge:)) followed by 9 months of chemotherapy which we hope will blast the tumour and keep it quiet for as long as possible. 

This has naturally been the most challenging year of our lives and will continue to be a challenge but I am determined to fight and remain positive as I am fully determined to see Joseph aged 11 and Grace aged 9 grow into beautiful adults.
