At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

I made it! I became a good Solth! However, I missed goal number 1, i.e. I ran the Run in 2hours 2min, but this is faster than I honestly thought I could do!  And I reached goal number 2, which is not thanks to me but to you, who supported me!  Thinking about it, it's probably nicer to have achieved the second than the first goal!  Thank you so much!! I enjoyed it a lot!  Anna

Hello, welcome to my page.  I want to run the Great North Run this year for the Alzheimer's society. I want to raise at least £400 and want to run under 2 hours. This is a huge challenge considering that so far I have been more of a sloth (a mega sloth unfortunately!) than a good Solth! Hopefully it will all change soon. I make a start by writing this page and running the Tees pride 10k run this weekend in Middlesbrough. Maybe you want to sponsor me, that would be great!  Thanks, Danke schoen, Anna
