i was having identical twins i found out 2 days before new years eve that one twin would die after birth. i was offered all the selective reduction procedures but i knew i couldnt do that. i know anencephaly is not compatible with life but i loved both my boys and still do. we decided to carry to term and all the time pregnant we had 2 plan the funeral i even picked the hymns and designed the mass cards it was so sad picking a coffin and a cot, but i wanted to do it before neaven was born so i could enjoy whatever time i had and not have to worry about my hubby organising it on his own.
he was born first twin at 1 36 am and died at 4 45 am on the 1st june 2007 . lived for a wonderful 3 and a half hours. he had black hair and weighed 3 lb 2 oz.he cried once and he looked at me shortly after that he slipped into a coma and developed apnoea. until he passed he was christened at 3.30 and he went peacefully something which im very grateful for.
   Neaven died of anencephaly which is an open neural tube defect. this happens in the 3rd week of pregnancy so before you know really. this can be avoided with the use of folic acid, so please make sure you take it.
we miss him and wish we could have got to know him. he might not have lived long but he lives with us forever.

illiam was born twinty minutes after his twin NEAVEN rathbone. he was a footlong breech and we had a difficult labour. william was born in respiratory distress. he was on a ventilator and was in hosp for a month. when william came home he was on oxygen permanently and still was for all 19 months of his life. william was disabled he had no head control had developement delay, lung disease a neuro disorder macrocephaly, peg feed epilepsy and others. however william was very alert very smiley. william was always laughing and chuckling he couldnt talk but he chuckled when he wanted you. he was so little but the gap he leaves is tremendous. williams apnoea mat went off on sunday morning 28th of december his dad got him and we both did cpr until the ambulance came william was taken to warrington hospital.
i cannot express how devasted and distraught we are. we are just so lost without you little man.
william leaves his 4 year old foster brother spencer 4 year old brother bobby and 3 year old sister leahrose. he also leaves behind mum and dad lots of family and a huge amount of friends who i know will miss him as we do. the only consolation i have is he will be with his twin brother neaven. take care up there my little soldiers xx

the charity night in june is a childrens party with dj disco games and firemen. the night is a singer disco kareoke and the full monty local lads dancing

we made a fantastic amount of £464.02 last night so with the £130 from the bingo thats £594.02

we the charity day and night from the 12th june went well thank all. thanks to wonderland face art the fire men, james griffiths,the traditional sweet shop, design a scent, george and dollys, jellybeans, asda, cineworld, little rascals pamper parties, tillys face painting, ck2 salon,graceful nails, goodys cafe and jjp balloons and events
