On the 3rd March we will be running a 15k Mud Run and attempting to complete 40+ obstacles in our way. 

The NAPAC is a small charity with just 10 staff, so every contribution makes a real difference to them. 

Last year they took over 5,400 calls on our support line and provided email support to over 1,000 survivors.

Though a small charity their work is so important... so...
