Having lost my dad to Ureteral Cancer at Christmas last year, I am raising money for Macmillan through their organised 26 mile hike around the Peak District on 28th July.

The care given during his last days from Macmillan made an enormous difference at a very difficult time. It is admirable and challenging work to say the least, and they deserve all the support we can give. My dad lived in the Peak District so this seems a very fitting way to raise some money for a cause very close to my heart.
