It's just over a year since Kristina's family and friends lost a beautiful, kind, gentle heart and the cheekiest smile! She will never be forgotten and I'm looking forward to seeing her again in heaven where there will be "no more death, suffering, crying or pain."

In the meantime I would like to pay tribute to her brave battle through the struggles of life, and also to raise money for MIND Great Yarmouth and Waveney in order to help more people get support with their mental health. 

I'm running the Inflatable 5k in Norwich next weekend. A real challenge for me as I'm definitely not a runner...although I do love bouncy castles! I'll be wearing my brightest tights in memory of Kristina colour and joy that her friendship brought into my life.
