Hello and welcome to my Just Giving page.

First of all this is not Comic Relief so don't worry - you will not be forced to see a picture of me in my wetsuit on this page :-)

I have decided to set myself a challenge and raise some pennies for the Barnsley Hospice, as they have looked after my cousin in recent months... so here I am.

I feel swimming the channel may be a step too far, even for such a good cause! So I am starting with a 2 mile swim on Lake Windermere, 3.30pm Sunday 16th June 2013. I have never really done outdoor swimming but I'm sure it will be lots of fun, though I may be a bit wobbly legged at the end.

So there is not much more to say to you lovely people other than "SHOW ME THE MONEY!" ... It is for charity folks so don't be tight and help me give Barnsley Hospice a nice big thank you present for the wonderful work they do looking after our loved ones.
