Story

First of all....thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!!

FOR EVERY £1 YOU DONATE I WILL ENTER YOU INTO OUR RAFFLE FOR THE CHARITY DAY!!!! THERE ARE SOME AMAZING PRIZES!! I.E. £10 DONATION = 10 ENTRIES :):):)

I have organised a fundraising day for St Andrews Hospice, Henderson Street, Airdrie, ML6 6DJ, Charity No SC010159 and would greatly appreciate a donation towards funding this wonderful plac.

As most of you reading this will know my mum recently passed away age 56, from breast cancer, secondary metastatic bone cancer and pancreatic cancer, just over a year after being initially diagnosed. She spent the last 2 weeks of her life in St Andrews Hospice and although I can never thank them enough for the tremendous treatment she received; I can fundraise.

The event will be held on Monday 30 September 2013, in the Woodcutter Bar, 127 Merry Street, Motherwell, ML1 1JP. There have been fundraisers held in this establishment for other charities before and they have been highly successful and attracted lots of people. However this is the first time I have done anything like this and pray it will be a success. Therefore your donation means the world to me.
