Story

We did it ! We had a great week; the weather was kinder to us than we had feared - the wind blew all week, but was always behind us, pushing us along. Everyone rode well, ate well, and drank well ! Thanks to everyone for your support - we have raised more money than we expected - for a great cause - Anne would be proud. Never forget.  Steve, Carl, Jon, & Arthur.

On 18th May 2010, my wife Anne sadly passed away after a brave four year battle against a brain tumour. On Monday 5th September 2011, Carl Lee, Jon Hobbs, Arthur Needham, and myself, will attempt to cycle from the Rowans Hospice in Waterlooville, Hampshire, to the Pendleside Hospice in Burnley, Lancashire, arriving in Burnley on Saturday 10th September. This page is for donations to the Pendleside Hospice, please see our other page for donations to the Rowans Hospice.
