Hello lovely, kind, generous friends and family and thanks so much for visiting my JustGiving page 

The Orpheus Centre is giving young disabled people the same opportunities as able young people to live independent and fulfilling lives.  There is a great emphasis on music and the performing arts and I have been lucky enough to enjoy some of their performances and truly, only the flintiest hearted could be unmoved.

My sister is severely autistic and, although she has amazing care now, I often wonder how her life might have been different if she had been able to indulge her passion for music and had been offered more guidance as a young woman.

So please, please help if you can.  I know it's only a half marathon but I have had major surgery in the last year and this is as much as I can manage at the moment.
