Sooo, I was persuaded that a half marathon isn't that far... I've since had time to think about it and change my mind, but I've committed now so here goes! It's for a great cause so will be worth it....

I'm raising money for ShelterBox, an international disaster relief charity that provides emergency shelter and lifesaving supplies for families around the world. It was quick to react to and is still providing relief following the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. ShelterBox has also been invaluable in providing aid following a number of other major events, including the earthquakes in New Zealand and Haiti and recent landslides in Bolivia.
