Forward Facing is a registered charity supporting families across the south east. They aim to provide memorable moments for children sadly living with a terminal or life limiting illness or children which are going through bereavement. They mainly do this by organising events where also their family/carers and siblings can enjoy time together and forget their daily struggles. In some cases where the child is so poorly, they give special memorable gifts. Parents are never forgotten and too are given time to themselves to relax and have a break, whether it be a trip to a football match or a relax in a spa. I personally have attended some recent events and seeing the children have a smile on their face despite what they are going through is magical. They want to help so many more families but desperately need donations and funding. All of which go directly into making a difference. 

I only send Christmas cards to my close friends and family that I am lucky enough to spend time with. Instead of buying cards I would like to donate the money to this amazing charity and pick up the phone to my close friends and family and say an extra Christmas hello instead.
