Imagine being independent and successful and having that taken away in an instant.  Many people suffer various injuries that lead to paralysis and loss of limb use each year.  Regain helps them to become independent once more.  Every year we do the Rossendale Tri, as much to get fitter for summer then to raise money!  This year I am 37.  Both my mums brothers died at this age and I need to challenge myself to appreciate my health and vitality as I enter the prime of my life.  Two kids doesn't help training but we can all get through this together. One problem, I have't exercised in weeks!!!!
