The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we’re moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour. A cure really can’t wait

Story

Firstly thanks for checking out my page.

I'd like thank you to Bexley Grammar School for offering me the opportunity to run the London Marathon in support of The Brain Tumour Charity.

This charity is particularly close to the hearts of Bexley Grammar School, sadly a key staff member has been recently diagnosed with a tumour.  The fight to beat this tumour and treatment is currently ongoing.  Family and friends are all pulling together collectively to help and assist in any way possible at this crucial time.

We all hope and wish for a full recovery.

I feel excited to be running for this cause/charity, especially as  less than 2% of cancer research funding goes towards brain tumours. The Brain Tumour Charity relies on 100% voluntary donations and is at the forefront of the fight to defeat brain tumours, making a difference every day to the lives of those affected and their families.
