Right then,

Rather unwisely I have signed up to do Tough Guy in January. For those unaware of the true horrors of Tough Guy, it is an 8 mile long assault course in the depths of January. However, this is no kid's playpark. The Mighty Trevs Rugby Team and I will be breaking through ice to swim through freezing cold water, crawling under barbed wire and sprinting through fire all in the name of charity. It's hard to do it justice really with mere words so perhaps have a look at this video:

I am trying to raise a minimum  of £100 for the Help For Heroes Sanctuary 'H.A.W.K.' Charity which supports Heroes, Animals, Wheelchair users and Kids. It is an incredible charity so please consider making a donation, however small. 

This is no skydive or 'fun' activity. I guarantee I will hate every second of this!
