We are the Year 10 Tutor Group at London Islamic School which is a subsidiary of Esha' Atul Islam Masjid (Ford Square Masjid). Our school is a boys secondary school which is situated within the building. We were Ofsted inspected in March 2018 achieving a ‘Good’ report with some outstanding features. We have consistently been a ‘Good’ school for a number of inspections in 2008, 2011, 2014 and now 2018 which shows our zeal to stay strong as a school.

The mosque has been granted planning permission to construct a new four storey building of which the external building is already up. When completed the project will achieve:

 - Expansion of main prayer hall.
 - Larger women's hall for educational and other activities.
 - Extra classrooms for the secondary school and Madrassah.
 - Religious and social advice centre.
 - Separate ablution facilities for men and women

The mosque needs £6 million to construct the new buildings for this project.

How do we plan to reach our target?

We have been fundraising through stalls and other initiatives at school to learn enterprising skills, this justgiving page is another skill we are learning to use in fundraising.

Our class is made up of 25 students and every student has a target of raising £200 to reach our £5000 target (All students will be contacting at least 10 family members, aunties, uncles, friends to donate £20 each) If you are donating on behalf of a student, please state his name in the message so that it can go towards his tally and he can be issued a certificate.
