On 18th June we will be running the Asda Foundation 10k in Leeds, so we can raise money to help lift families out of abject poverty in Tanzania.

The money raised will be used to buy goats for the families to rear so they can become self-sufficient and build communities that can prosper.

£170 will provide one family with 5 goats - 1 male and 4 female.
Rashid and I are hoping to help 10 families.
