Last year we got the legs going and cycled over 1100miles in 24hrs for Sport Relief. That got the legs going :)

This year we are aiming for a total body workout! We plan to row the length of the Thames (215miles) in 24hrs. Why? Because we love the challenge and we are committed to supporting worthwhile charities! :)
