Making the decision to run my first marathon, gives me the chance to give something back, to the Sheffield Children's Hospital. Rachel & I will be eternally grateful to all the people who have played a part in caring for our twin boys, Jacob & Gabriel, since their premature births in August 2004. Special thanks to the Sheffield Special Care Baby Unit & the Eye Department - and the fact we have an amazing NHS in this country.
