Hello! 

On May 10th, three generations of the Arnott family, from ages 59 to 6 are doing a swimathon relay to raise funds for a local charity, Heel and Toe.

Heel and Toe is a charity Alex, 8, has been going to for some time now. Alex was badly starved of oxygen at birth and as a result has severe cerebral palsy, which means he can't walk, talk, or do anything for himself.

Heel and Toe provide free conductive education and other therapies for children with cerebral palsy and similar conditions.
