On 16 June 2019 (Father's Day and the final day of Men's Health Week) I am running the 2019 Glasgow Men's 10K on behalf of Men's Health Forum in order to raise as much money as possible.

They are a fantastic Charity who reasearch and campaign in order to improve the physical and mental health and well-being of men and boys across the UK to stop them dying too young. Shockingly, 1 in 5 men in the UK die before the age of 65 with suicide being the biggest killer of young people (aged 18-34) in Scotland and almost three out of four suicides are by men. The aim of the Men's 10K is to help improve this little-by-little!
