Arthritis Care is the leading UK support charity for people with all types of arthritis and a leading provider of self-management support. There are 10 million people with arthritis in the UK. Our mission is to provide immediate and practical support to all who turn to us for help. Our work is made possible by over 800 volunteers who provided 45,063 hours of their time last year to help improve the lives of other people with arthritis.

 Our services include a national helpline, information, a range of programmes supporting young people and their families, people of working age and older people affected by arthritis as well as over 160 local branches providing peer support.  As an organisation run by and for people with arthritis, we are their ‘voice’, helping to challenge, question and campaign for the improvements people with arthritis need.
