We are a social cycle club from Ashford in Kent, which is made up of our regulars Gary Foreman, Richard Fagg, Ross Shardlow, Stewart Jones and Andy Farrin, and other "less frequent" riders.

Over the course of the past twelve months we have pushed ourselves to complete various challenges, including our first 100 mile ride.

We have now chosen our challenge for 2015, a 300 mile ride from London to Paris.

As an additional motivation, we have decided to support the British Hearth Foundation by asking for donations towards their great work

Coronary Heart Disease is the biggest killer in the UK, with over 74,000 people dying of the condition each year. BHF is trying to reduce this statistic.

Please donate generously so that hopefully we can make a real difference to at least one persons life.
