I'm taking part in the London Triathlon relay event (5km run, 750m swim & 20km cycle) with a couple of friends, Fahad and Asad Ladha.

We are raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support in the memory of Fahad and Asad's father who sadly passed away earlier this year.

Macmillan provide free cancer support and nurses to people and their families, who are suffering from all types of the disease.  This can include full time day care for sufferers, to providing in-home medical care via nurses for those not able to get out.
