In 2010, I successfully completed the Tour Of Britain London race and raised money for Prostrate Cancer charity. This year on June 19th InshAllah I will be cycling in the London to Brighton Bike Ride with my team Honda UK Parts & Accessories, a total of 54 miles. It's a grueling challenge filled with blood, sweat, tears, steep hills and numb-bum-syndrome.

We will be raising money for the British Heart Foundation who are the nation's heart charity. BHF's vision is a world where people don't die prematurely from heart disease.
