Assalamu Alaykum,

Our grandparents loved the masjid. We would often wake up in the early hours of the morning to hear our granddad going to Green Lane to pray Fajr. Our grandmother's face would light up every single time she entered the masjid and she would smile. They were always there, for Jumuah, conferences, taraweeh and events. It was their happy place. 

Sadly, they have passed away. May Allah swt have mercy on them.

Our grandparents would definitely have been very enthusiastic about expanding it and improving the facilities. We would like to raise this money as a sadaqah jariyah for them.
