We are raising money for The Adventurists' charity here, Cool Earth. Cool Earth is a charity which works alongside indigenous villages to prevent rainforest destruction. You can find out more about them here http://www.coolearth.org/

To tell you a little more about the Mongol rally, on the 19th July we will be departing for Ulan Ude in our blue 1991 Nissan Micra, Hillary Martin. The idea behind the rally is to drive a car completely undesigned for the purpose across thousands of miles of difficult terrain, choosing any route we so please.
