Abuse and domestic violence have a devastating effect on the lives of around 2.3million people in the UK each year, with young people at the greatest risk of experiencing it - 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will experience an abusive relationship in their lifetime. 

LMK is working tirelessly to change that.LMK is a London-based education charity that runs workshops with schools, charities and community organisations teaching young people about the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours, using the ‘10 Signs Framework’.

As part of my Duke of Edinburgh bronze award, I want to help spread the word about the 10 Signs and raise money for this amazing charity!
