Event: Snowdon 2019
We investigate environmental crime & abuse to protect at risk species & environments.

Story

For a long time I have felt very strongly for the environment and I love animals and nature, but as we hear almost daily from news story's not enough is being done and I need to do my part in saving the earth for my benefit and for my children in the future.

When I was younger I didn't know what 'climate change' was but these days I hear about it so often. I have grown up with hearing all about it and its causes, so now as the effects of climate change become more extreme I feel strongly that I need to do something to help the environment.

I will be climbing Mount Snowdon on the 20th July via the Rhyd Ddu Path, raising money for the EIA so that they can continue their important work.

EIA:  Our mission• Exposing environmental destruction and loss of biodiversity through uncompromising and innovative investigations• Using this evidence and research to uncover environmental crimes and abuses and those responsible• Campaigning for protection of the environment through better enforcement of environmental law, progressive policy-making and changes in consumer behaviour• Developing effective partnerships and sharing skills and expertise

About the charity

We investigate & campaign against environmental crime and abuse. Our focus is the protection of wildlife, forests, oceans and climate. We turn the evidence we gather in the field into hard-hitting reports and campaign for new legislation, improved governance and effective enforcement.
