Ben & Jake’s 100 K’s in 7 days.

Our Grandfather, recently recovered after suffering Pancreatic cancer. He bravely had time-critical surgery and was on intensive care for over two weeks. All during the world-wide mess that is COVID-19. This moving event, has greatly inspired us to do something that can, hopefully become something really beneficial to Chai, our charity of choice.

To try and obtain this goal of a truly special accomplishment we are going to collectively run 100 kilometres in just one week. We will do this with Ben (the annoying older one) running our Grandfather's age this year: 77 brilliant years. 

This will be split up into seven runs of my age: 11 kilometre runs around the block nearest our home.

This is only half the story though. Jake, (the much less irritating younger one) will bring it home to a total of 100 Km by finishing it off with the final 23 km which is going to be divided into:

•  On 5 of the days a 3 Km run.
• On 2 of the days a 4 Km run.

So now, some information about a charity you might not have heard of: Chai Cancer Care. 

Chai is an amazing organization who help people of the Jewish community recover from the big C. They are based in the North-West of London but they have grown to many other places up and down the UK.

So there you have it: Ben & Jake's 100 K's in 7 days.
