We believe no child should ever have to live on the streets.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the BAE Systems Applied Intelligence Rail Team's JustGiving page.

Our first event is to climb Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis travelling between the mountains by Train in order to raise over £3500 for the Railway Children.

The climbers are Richard Haycock, Mark Fielding-Smith, David Hockley and Ewan Hobbs.

The Railway Children are a truly remarkable charity that are committed to finding and protecting vulnerable homeless children in UK, India and East Africa.

The Railway Children in their own words:

We provide protection and opportunity for children with nowehere else to go and nobody to turn to.

Every year thousands of children across the UK, India and East Africa run away or are forced to leave homes that have become unbearable through poverty, abuse, violence and neglect.

Reaching a child as soon as possible is crucial to getting to children on the streets before an abuser can, and before they become entrenched in street life. We race to get to the children before the streets get to them.

Please give generously to this worthy cause.
