BAMstrength began way back in September of 2014 as a joint venture between three Twitter friends to encourage each other to be fit and strong. Since then, BAMstrength has added over 600 followers and is still kicking ass with monthly fitness challenges that are not only fun, but badass. 

Have we piqued your interest? Good! Because this month, we are taking on a big peak - the My Peak Challenge, created by Sam Heughan who stars as Jamie Fraser in Outlander - while giving you a virtual peek of Scotland and France. That's right, three piques, peaks, peeks . . . it's a triad of awesome-sauce. 

Want to get involved? All you have to do is make a one-time donation, of whatever amount you choose, to Bloodwise through this site. That will officially register you to participate in our Outlander themed virtual marathon. One registered, you will receive your very own race bib, that you can print off and wear while virtually bagging a munro, or proudly display on your kitchen refrigerator. You can find the monthly fitness challenge itself on our blog, www.bamstrengthgirls.wordpress.com, where you can print off the mile markers of your virtual marathon. As incentive, everyone who finishes the marathon will receive a unique BAM race medal from us!
