Story

Thank you so much for your time to visit our page.Cardiff University African Caribbean Society (ACS) is fundraising for the incredible charity BAWSO this year. We are asking for your support in this and anything you can donate, will be really appreciated.

So what does the charity do? Well, BAWSO specialises in supporting people from Black and Ethnic minority backgrounds who are affected by domestic abuse and other forms of abuse, including Female Genital Mutilation, Forced marriage, Human Trafficking and Prostitution. They provide built refuges and safe housing for those fleeting abuse for example. Abuse ruin's lives and people deserve help and support, its important to realise that this could be affecting someone you know.

This is one of the Lord Mayor's chosen charities of the year as they are doing an incredible job but don't have public funds for every project and we want to help as much as we can this year with your support. Take care x
