About Millie-Rose...

Before Millie Rose was two years old, her parents’ were sitting in a doctor’s surgery at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, reeling from the news that their daughter has neuroblastoma – an aggressive childhood cancer. 

Millie’s chance of survival could be as low as 5%.  That’s because even after successful treatment, four out of five children will relapse and there will be nothing more that doctors can do.  If this happens, Millie’s parents know her only hope lies abroad where pioneering treatment in a select few US and European hospitals is saving children’s lives.  Facing a frightening and uncertain future, Millie Rose’s parents are determined to raise money for Neuroblastoma Children’s Cancer Alliance UK so that they can take Millie Rose abroad if they need to.
