Virtually There: The Bristol to Hanover Race

Bristol Junior Chamber is raising money for Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity (previously Above & Beyond)

Virtually There: The Bristol to Hanover Race · 29 May 2020

Through the Bristol City Centre Hospitals Appeal, Above & Beyond will be raising money to help University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust deal with the outbreak of COVID-19.

Story

In partnership with our friends from JCI Hanover, we’ve set ourselves a challenge to cover a combined distance of 1000 km - the approximate distance from Bristol to Hanover - in seven days (22nd-29th May), raising money for charity along the way.

Our chosen charity this year is Above & Beyond, the official charity for Bristol city centre hospitals, which works to improve patient care and NHS staff development in Bristol.

Members of the Bristol Junior Chamber will be running, walking and cycling to try and cover this massive distance! Those taking part are:

Jack Callow (President), Christian Dando, Henry Bacon, Dan Evans, Ben Kenny, Dan St. Quintin, Charlie Bacon, Chris Bees, Heather Rees, Toby Saunders, Kath Ayres, Kerry Gould, Kirsty Swan, Merlin Smith, Louise Gilmer, Lucy Clarke, Tom Bacon, Cheryl Brady, Sarah Atkinson, Emily Vaughan Williams, Elizabeth Lewis, Ben Fotheringham, Phillip Moore, Josh Evans, Oliver Brown, Hannah Vasey, Dave Cameron, Hannah Moran, Charlie Chami, Catherine Charlotte, Berian Davies, Jessica Kempthorne, James Forward, Tom Constable, Becky Watkin, Federica Bacon, Joanna Morgan, Steve Ferris, Kevin Jones, Oli Stavrakakis, Georgia Corp, Gemma Jenkins, Becky Purchase, Eleanor Wilson, Emma Carter, George Wilyman, Sophia Wedderkopp and Owen Jennings
