Movember 2022

Join us for Movember, led by Tom Hockton & BMC Cares as we raise funds and encourage Moustache growth through the month of November to bring awareness to Men's health issues globally like mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Ways to get involved:

- Encourage folks to clean shave on November 1 and grow their moustaches throughout November. Share your progress and tag @bmcsoftware  @movember #BMCCares #movember #MensHealth

- Donate and fundraise, share this fundraiser

- Take care of yourself. It has been an interesting two years :) Get a health screen and use your employer/public health benefit resources if you need mental health support or to talk to someone

- Check in on someone in your network weekly. We all need encouragement and connection. Yours could be life-saving 

Our support of Movember is in alignment with United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and specifically, Goal 3 which is about ensuring healthy lives and well being for all at all ages.
