Story
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
On Sunday 4th September Team BMS will be participating in the Manchester 100 Bike Event to raise funds for The Christie (registered with the Charity Commission no. 1049751).
The Christie charity raises money for a range of projects and initiatives focusing on four main areas, research, care and treatment, education and extra patient services. All of which are above and beyond what the NHS provide enabling them to give patients the best care and treatment possible.
Your donations really do have an impact at The Christie. Without the support of fundraisers they would not be able to give patients and their families the level of care and support that they do. From providing continuous funding for the Cancer Information Centre, Wig Service and materials for the on-site art therapy room, to helping patients and their families cope with the effects of treatment, to raising money for new developments such as the recently opened Teenage and Young Adult unit, your donations are having a positive impact every single day.
Each and every pound you give makes a real difference to patients, their families and friends.
