On the 17^th September 2011, a team of the fittest and most highly conditioned men and women from Barclays Wealth are gathering forces to form the ultimate Dragon Boat Team. A diverse bunch, we will come together as a team of unlikely hopefuls to form a well oiled and coordinated team of super-athletes to power down the 21 mile course from the London Docklands outside the Barclays tower to Ham in Surrey. Battling the dangerous waters of the Thames, we will navigate shark infested waters, strong torrents and the HMS Belfast Destroyer at London Bridge. Our endeavours are in aid of Surrey Sands, a charity who helps families touched by the tragedy of Still Birth across Surrey and the surrounding area - Surrey Sands is a part of a nation wide organisation for the same cause.
