DEBRA is the national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal. We fund pioneering research and provide care and support to individuals and families living with EB.

Claire Stanbridge, Nina Couchman & Sue Cowburn are going to cycle from London to Paris between 01 & 05 September 2010 in memory of Baby Mia for the DebRA Charity.

DebRA is the National Charity working on behalf of people in the with the skin blistering condition Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). Baby Mia was born with the most severe form, Junctional Herlitz EB, which is fatal in infancy.

Mia died at 25 days old, from wounds caused by her excessive blisters. These babies are called Butterfly Babies because their skin is so delicate. The charity is not government funded and the EB Nurses were sent from .
