We support research at St Mark's Hospital to drive clinical improvements for patients

Story

St Mark's Hospital is to bowel disease to what Great Ormond Street is to children. Founded in 1835 St Mark's is the UK's National Bowel Hospital. I am taking on this triple challenge to support research in early diagnosis, surgical & non-surgical treatment and improved outcomes for people with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Colon Cancer.

This includes the 10 mile  'Ninja Paddle' on June 15th, a 100mile Cycle  on Aug 4th and a Half Marathon Run on October 13th.

The paddle was completed in a record (my personal record)  2.5 hours (excluding a snack lunch stop). Next up a 100mile cycle on the Pru Ride London in August and the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October.
