We (Emily, Nick, Brian and Alan) have signed up to do the Velothon Wales which is a 140km cycle ride starting in Cardiff on the 8th July.

We have decided to raise money for ARUK who fund research into dementia and the diseases which cause it, the most common being Alzheimer's disease. 850K people are living with dementia in the UK, and prevalence will continue to increase. In the UK, dementia is the only disease in the top 10 causes of death which has no treatment to prevent, cure or slow disease progression. We would greatly appreciate any donation you can manage to help fund research which may lead to treatments for this horrible disease.
