On October 25th I will be taking part in the Tay Descent; 20 miles of paddling through some of the best whitewater that Scotland has to offer from Dunkeld to Perth harbour. There may be blood, there will definitely be some sweat, and there probably will be some tears, but in the end its all for a very good cause, so please give generously. 1 in 3 of us will have a brush with cancer at some stage in our lives, its an awful, horrible disease and the more you can help the research effort the more hope you give to the many thousands affected by it.
