In honour of my Grandfather I am taking part in the Big London to Little London challenge:

100 miles one day cycle challenge, cycling from Big London, Battersea Park to Little London, Norfolk. 

I shall be cycling for Male Cancer Awareness Campaign.

MCAC aims to increase the awareness of detection and to educate in cancer symptoms, helping to build a culture where embarrassment does not prevent men from addressing problems with intimate parts of their bodies. http://www.malecancer.org/abouts 

 This is a chance to earn my Near Naked Man status. Yep, you heard correct.

I shall be racing in a Near Naked Man time trial race suit. (this is seriously A.MAZING)
