I ask myself most days why exactly I have signed up to a challenge that is quite honestly going to be the toughest thing I have ever physically done. Well the reason is that I SHOULD be able to.

Newborns Vietnam helps others get the same fair chance that we have all had a life, helping to reduce the incredibly high infant mortality rate across South - East Asia. The money I raise will help improve the newborn survival rate.

And how exactly will I be doing that ? By cycling almost 1000 miles from the North-East Mountainous region of Vietnam to Hoi An in Central Vietnam. With an average mileage per day of around 80 miles, this is going to be a challenge every single day. I am happy to receive all forms of sympathy in the endless hours of training required and the end of my relationship with cider and cheese.
