My great nephew Thomas who is 22 months was diagnosed with PMS earlier this year.  His family have already found the UK Foundation very helpful and supportive both in coming to terms with the condition and learning how best to support him.  Money raised goes directly into improving the lives of those living with PMS including to help fund research about the syndrome.
