Every 2 hours, someone in the UK sustains a spinal cord injury. Their world – and that of their family – is turned upside-down. SIA aim to reach everyone affected by spinal cord injury, to connect them to all the help and support they need to life a fulfilled life.

Story

After tearing my knee ligaments in March, and spending almost two months in my exoskeleton leg brace, I'm using the Ride London 100-miler as a target for my rehabilitation. I lost a lot of muscle, a lot of flexibility, and a lot of fitness in those two months, and it's hard work regaining it.

I've supported the Spinal Injuries Association in two London Marathons, and this is the cycling equivalent. They and I would be hugely grateful if you could sponsor me to complete this 100-mile challenge.
