Over the weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th May I will be participating in the MND Fun Run in Strathclyde on the Saturday and the following day will participate in the Baker Hughes 10k run in Aberdeen. Joining in on the Saturday will be the Moir & Peddie clans, Graz will be there supporting us all as they complete the 4 mile route and I complete the 10k.

Graz has been my best mate for near 30 years, seeing him take MND head on (like he used to do when playing fitba - never shirked a challenge, first touch murder though!) with the courage and dignity he has shown is so inspiring to us all, a measure of the man that he is and a true friend.

MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.We want a world without Motor Neurone Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease. Sponsoring me will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.

All funds raised will help MND Scotland deliver essential services to people affected by MND, so whether its pennies or pounds you'll be making a huge difference
