Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'll be running the Cambridge Town & Gown 10k on Sunday 25th October in aid of Muscular Dystrophy UK, a cause which is close to my heart.

As an added bonus I should find that at the grand age of 36 I'm finally doing something about my fitness levels!!!
