On Saturday 24 September, there will be a mass-participation swim over one mile for around 6,000 swimmers. One of which will be me. I am very excited to be doing this for a charity close to my heart.

Having worked at Ambition for 11 years, I am very fortunate to be
able to see the amazing work Ambition does first hand, supporting over 500,000 young people at more than 3,500 youth clubs and
community projects across the UK.  

The work that we do enables young people to do better at school, find employment and improve their health and wellbeing by developing confidence, life skills and resilience. 

The training is going well and I am up for the challenge, if the Serpentine Lake is good enough for the 2012 Olympic athletes is good enough for me!

The money raised will go towards our Ambition Giving scheme which offers funding to organisations/individuals to offer programmes to young people.
